Celebration of Life Day With Amelia

Celebration of Life Day on January 22nd "honors the children and grandchildren who bring joy to our lives. The day is a reminder that each child and each life is to be held as a precious gift with the highest respect and dignity."

To celebrate the day, we recommend reading a book with your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or student.

In Amelia, You Are!, written by Charlie Tran and illustrated by Lauren Zurcher, it's time for the Spring Talent Show at school. All the students have already signed up, except for Amelia. She has no idea what her talents are, much less what to perform. As the event approaches, Amelia's parents remind her of all the great things she does.

We encourage you to ask the kids in your life about their amazing talents.
