Sharing Heart On Positive Thinking Day
This September 13th, join us in reading Sharing Heart by Karen Hood DelRaso on National Positive Thinking Day.
"Positive thinking is an emotional and mental practice that requires an optimistic outlook on life. It's about choosing to focus on the positive things that empower us despite our circumstances. A positive thinker doesn't ignore negative aspects of their life. Instead, they maintain a hopeful attitude to get them through the disruption. Developing a positive attitude takes time and practice. As you become more self-aware of yourself, your mindset will change. You will develop an attitude of acceptance and gratefulness that focuses on the positive or good things in your life. This self-awareness will also teach you to accept unexpected setbacks, disappointment, or difficulties." --National Day Calendar

Sharing Heart is dedicated to Karen's mother, Loretta Hood, who always had an unwavering faith in love and inspired Karen throughout life.
"After her passing, I was feeling lost. I wondered if everything would be okay…while out chasing rainbows after a rain storm, I looked to the sky and saw a glorious sight…From that moment, my eyes were open to seeing the love and beauty of nature around us and that everything would be okay. Discovering hearts and sharing them along the way has helped me reconnect with people again. Sharing Heart is my gift to you to share with someone. It begins with you, your heart, and your desire to share the love. Keep smiling and keep your heart open." --Karen Hood DelRaso
