There is a hotel in Óbidos, Portugal that holds approximately 50,000 books covering a variety of genres. Called The Literary Man, the hotel first opened in the 700-year-old medieval city in October of 2015. The entire hotel is lined with books, and includes a cocktail lounge where each cocktail is named after a literary figure. The hotel also includes rare, collectible titles priced as high as $550 available for purchase. According to the owner, the goal is to have 100,000 books. It’s every book lover’s paradise!
