If you are a writer you’ve certainly suffered from colygraphia.
Colygraphia comes from the Greek prefix ‘coly’ which means ‘hinder/prevent’ and ‘graphos’ which means ‘write.’
As such, colygraphia translates to writer’s block. It’s the inability to think of what to write or how to proceed with writing.
This condition is very common among writers.
Criticism, distractions, impatience, or procrastination can all trigger writer’s block.
