About the Author: Gayathri R. Waring is first and foremost a mother, as well as a wife and a daughter. A healthcare consultant by trade, she finds ways to improve people’s lives behind the scenes. Gayathri loves spending time with her family and fur babies. She is an avid tennis player, enjoys finding new books and playgrounds with her son, watches movies, and values downtime.
About the Illustrator: Hallie Guidry is an honors graduate of the University of Wyoming’s Fine Arts Department, where she studied drawing, photography, printmaking, art history, and design. Her work has been featured in The Owen Wister Review, The Buffalo Bill Center of the West, and This & That Galleries. Evoking positive emotions, Hallie explores relationships and self-worth through color and representations of familial intimacy.
