She was also an elementary and preschool teacher for children with special needs and taught English abroad. Natalie lives in Colorado with her husband and enjoys checking out local mountain towns and restaurants.

Ana K. Quintero is an award-winning illustrator who turns words into worlds for children. Through her art, she seeks to spark imagination and fill each page with tenderness, color, and wonder. Originally from Venezuela, she studied art in Spain and loves traveling to discover new cultures, hiking, and spending time in nature.
