About the Author: Sofia Briley has loved words for as long as she can remember. After over 15 years working in journalism and communications, she still believes the best stories are those that make people feel something. Whether through poetry, short stories, or bedtime tales for her kids, Sofia loves turning everyday moments into magic. She is an American author living in Dubai with her husband, Aboudi, and two sons, Julian and Adrian, who inspire her stories.

About the Author: Julian Fakhreddine, age 9, wrote Juju and the Magical Shorts with his mom to share a story full of imagination, love, and family. He believes kids can do anything they dream of, even write books! This story was inspired by his special bond with his grandma and is his way of keeping their memories close. Julian hopes it helps kids everywhere feel that the people they love are always with them.

About the Illustrator: Dima Mahmoud Al Ghirbawi is a Palestinian children’s book illustrator and character designer from Gaza, with a natural gift for bringing magic to life through her art. Since childhood, her keen eye has found magic in the simplest moments. With experience working with publishers and private clients worldwide, she pour love, warmth, and imagination into illustrations that resonate deeply with children, inspired by the quiet magic of her inner world.
